Chun Wah Kong
Chun Wah Kong is the Lead Designer for The Getaway. The original concept is attributed to Brendan McNamara and Chun Wah Kong. He also contributed to the project by lending his voice and motion capture performance to the character Kum Dong, as well as countless tea runs to a local ramen shop called "Harry's" for the team during its development. His involvement on The Getaway began with the cancelled "Mini Racing" game in 1999, which was later transformed into The Getaway prototype for the PlayStation 1. Additionally, Chun Wah returned as the Creative Lead on the direct sequel, The Getaway: Black Monday. He acted as consultant for the PSP spin off Gangs of London and the Getaway Online. The latter never made it to market but became the basis for the social gaming platform Home on the PS3.
