Elwin David (born August 3, 1958), better known as Chopper, is an actor, boxer and body builder who played and voiced Jamahl in both The Getaway and The Getaway: Black Monday. Like most of the other actors who play gangsters in The Getaway, he is an "Ugly Model". Other than The Getaway he has appeared in a few other films. He most famously appeared in the films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Stardust, Snatch (alongside Dave Legeno) and The Bourne Identity (alongside Russell Levy).

- Chopper is the only actor who appears in both games.
- In The Getaway: Black Monday game manual and in game credits, his name is incorrectly spelt as Elwin 'Chopper' Davies instead of David.
