SCE developed ''[[The Getaway (series)|The Getaway]]'' series and are currently working on the third installment of the series, [[The Getaway 3]]. The first two games: [[The Getaway]] and [[The Getaway: Black Monday]] were released on the PlayStation 2 in [[2002]] and [[2004]]. The third Getaway was originally planned to be released on the [[PlayStation 3]], but because the PlayStation 4 was released before The Getaway 3, then if The Getaway 3 ever was to be released, it would instead be released on the PlayStation 4.

Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. (株式会社ソニー・コンピュータエンタテインメント, Kabushikigaisha sonīkonpyūtaentateinmento?) (SCEI) is a video game company specializing in a variety of areas in the video game industry, and is a full subsidiary of Sony. The company was established on November 16, 1993, in Tokyo, prior to the launch of the original PlayStation video game system. The logo has been used since 1994.

SCE is also a developer and publisher of video game titles and is composed of several subsidiaries covering the company's biggest markets: North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia.

SCE developed The Getaway series and are currently working on the third installment of the series, The Getaway 3.
